Changes at Red Mountain Law

After three years of practice with Goodrich Law Firm, LLC, a firm within Red Mountain Law, Brice M. Johnston opened a solo practice earlier this fall. Johnston Law Firm, P.C. joined the Red Mountain Law group on October 1, 2010.

Mr. Johnston provides legal counsel for businesses and individuals in the practice areas of business transactions, real estate transactions, estate planning, employment counseling and litigation and commercial litigation. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and The University of Alabama School of Law. Mr. Johnston is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree (LLM) in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association.

John Steiner is a new face at Red Mountain Law as of this fall. Steiner Law LLC, joined Red Mountain Law group in September 2010.

Prior to establishing Steiner Law, LLC, John S. Steiner, practiced law for 10 years, including serving as a law clerk to Justice Champ Lyons on the Alabama Supreme Court and subsequently working for Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) as a Legislative Counsel to the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary before entering private practice eight years ago. Mr. Steiner practices in the areas of general corporate and business law. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and The University of Alabama School of Law.
